Terms of use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter 'Terms') regulate the mutual relationship between the 'Service Provider' (defined below) and everyone who accesses the Site (defined below) and uses its contents and features in any way (hereinafter 'Visitors').

Together, the Service Provider and the Visitors will be referred to as the 'Parties' in the following text.

General conditions

The use of any features and options offered by the Service Provider on the Fotogec.com site and its mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site'), as well as the information, materials and links contained therein, are subject to the Terms as stated. Except with the written approval of the Service Provider, the Terms fully govern the mutual relationship between the Service Provider and the Visitor when it comes to the use of the Site or any function offered on the Site.

It is the visitor's responsibility to carefully read the Terms and Conditions in order to understand them before starting to use the Site. The Visitor who visited the site is considered to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms, without the need for further explanations.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, supplement, suspend or cancel these Terms from time to time if it deems it necessary.

The service provider recommends the Visitor to regularly read the content of this page. By using the Site, the Visitor is deemed to have agreed to the Terms and their most recent changes, regardless of whether the Visitor is aware that the changes have occurred.

The Service Provider is not obliged to check that all Visitors use the Site according to the latest Terms. The version of the Terms that is currently published on the Site is the valid version.

The site may only be used within the rules established by law. Use of the Site to transmit, distribute, publish or store any information without complying with the law or the rights of any third party is strictly prohibited. This includes (without exception) using the Site and transmitting, distributing, publishing or storing any material through the Site in a manner that infringes copyright, trade secret or any other intellectual property rights, or is obscene and prohibited to minors, causes feelings of psychological abuse, or is offensive or defamatory, violates privacy or privacy laws, or is unauthorized and violates gaming laws.

In case of abuse of the Site, the Service Provider reserves the right to log off or block the Visitor from the Site and terminate the user account of that Visitor. The service provider reserves the right to legally sue the Visitor for such an act.

Services

The site offers an interactive website and mobile application/features that include sports information about sports events, real-time sports scores, final scores, match schedules, first lineups and sports statistics. The results and other statistical information found on the Site show information collected from other independent sources (from third parties) or through our own efforts or through other official sites. Although the Service Provider tries to regularly update the content and results or other information on the Site, we advise you to check the information published on the Site on other sources as well. The service provider is not responsible for how the User will use the results and other information found on the Site.

Third Party Sites

The visitor accepts that any contact he makes with a third party after visiting the Site, whether intentional or unintentional, and its outcome, has absolutely nothing to do with the Service Provider, nor is the Service Provider responsible for any agreement or expectations arising from that contact.

Any dispute that arises between the Visitor and a third party will not involve the Service Provider in any case.

Third parties, including third parties who advertise on the Site, do not have access to the personal data provided by the Visitor to the Service Provider.

Audiovisual contents

The service provider is not responsible for the contents of external pages displayed on the Site. None of the video content on the Site comes from the Provider's servers, nor was it created or uploaded to the Internet by the Provider.

Inactive user accounts

If the Visitor opens a user account on the Site, but does not access it for 60 days, the Service Provider reserves the right to close the user account without delay and without prior notice.

Intellectual property

Without written permission from the Service Provider, Visitors may not copy, modify, use, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, upload, download or otherwise abuse the content of the Site.

Any offense mentioned in the previous text may be a violation of the intellectual property law of the European Union or any other law. The service provider and any other party authorized by him retain
